1. Application
These Terms of Use govern the conditions for using DUELBRAIN (the “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service provides Block Battle, Connect Four and other games, random matches, friend matches, rankings, match history, and related features. Game types, rules, features, and delivery methods may change to improve the Service or for other reasons.
3. Accounts and Guest Use
Please provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for managing verification codes and your device. Guests can play games but cannot use some features, including saved records and rankings and friend features. We may restrict use when misuse or unauthorized activity is suspected.
4. Friend Features
Registered users receive a Friend ID that can be used to send, accept, or remove friend connections and to play friend matches. Share your Friend ID only as needed, such as with people you want to play. Abusive requests, impersonation, harassment, and other misuse of friend features are prohibited.
5. Game Data and Rankings
Match results, scores, rankings, match history, win streaks, and related data are managed on our servers. Random matches and friend matches may be treated differently for records and rankings. Currently, friend matches are stored in match history but do not affect rankings or record totals based on random matches. We may correct or invalidate data when fraud, abuse, or technical problems are identified.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access, tampering with data or communications, cheating, bots or other automated operation, exploiting bugs or specifications, interfering with or harassing other users, impersonation, disrupting operation of the Service, and conduct that violates law or public order.
7. Advertising
The Service may display advertising to help fund operations. Advertisements and external services reached through them are subject to the terms of the applicable advertiser or external service.
8. Intellectual Property
Rights in software, images, logos, audio, text, and other content included in the Service belong to the operator or their lawful rights holders.
9. Changes and Suspension
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service when necessary for maintenance, outages, security, specification changes, or other operational reasons.
10. Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from communication failures, device problems, service interruptions, or use of the Service, except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the operator.
11. Account Deletion
Users may verify their identity from the Help screen and delete their account. Deletion removes account-linked data such as the profile, match records, match history, and friend information, and such data generally cannot be restored.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms in response to changes in the Service, laws, or other circumstances. Important changes will be announced through this site, the app, or another appropriate method.
